Terms of Service
I acknowledge that by using the website, services and/or products offered by Lifestyle Media Group LLC (LMG), I have read and agree to the following terms:
I. All ad content must adhere to LMG's non-competing partner policy, which states that ads must not directly compete with that partnering location’s business or the owner’s primary source of income if applicable. For example, restaurants cannot advertise at other restaurants. II. All ad content must adhere to our non-competing client policy, which states that only one representative from a particular business field and niche is permitted in each multi-ad place-based display. For example, if an attorney (i.e., field) specializes exclusively in debt relief (i.e., niche) reserves one space in each display at a particular gas station, then no other attorneys may advertise at that particular gas station unless they specialize in another niche (e.g., accidents/injuries, etc.) and don't offer the same debt relief services as the former attorney. III. All ad content must be “family appropriate” and not contain any vulgar, violent or sexual content. All ad content must be for professional purposes only. All ads containing activism, political content or personal messages are prohibited in place-based displays and restricted in billboards and street furniture.IV. LMG will automatically charge the payment method I provide on a recurring basis at the agreed-upon interval for the entirety of my subscription to ensure there’s no disruption in the services they provide me. I can cancel this subscription at any time by contacting LMG but I understand that if my subscription is canceled, my ad(s) will be removed from their display(s) at the end of the appropriate billing cycle and I may lose the opportunity to advertise in those specific display(s) due to limited availability and their non-competing client policy. I understand if I don’t opt for the recurring billing/auto-charge option during checkout and/or let my payment method default then I’ll be treated as a one-time customer, this means I’m charged for only that billing cycle; other businesses may reserve my locations/displays for subsequent cycles; and I’ll be subject to paying the reservation fees again if I plan to advertise for additional cycles at the impacted location(s) within my campaign.V. All locations within LMG’s network are subject to a one-time, non-refundable reservation fee. This fee reserves any and all displays I’ve selected at one particular location and also covers any expenses associated with production and installation. VI. LMG uses third-party payment gateways/processors, web hosts, email providers/servers, business software and electronic signature software to effectively offer their services to clients and affiliate partners; as a client or affiliate partner, I agree to indemnify and not hold LMG liable for any data breach, injury, expense or damage caused by the negligence, acts or omissions of such third-parties.VII. Partial or full refunds may be issued under extreme circumstances, such as the destruction or permanent closure of a business housing your ad(s) and where comparable accommodations cannot be made. In all other circumstances, all sales are final. VIII. LMG reserves the right to modify the size of your ad(s) and provides general approximations for ad dimensions that may not be exact. IX. I authorize LMG to place my ads, any applicable logos and branding in their displays and/or signs for advertising purposes; and to take photos of the said displays and/or signs that may contain my ads, logos, or branding for marketing and sales purposes. All applicable ad(s) will be installed or removed from the location(s)/display(s)/sign(s) I’ve selected within one week of the selected calendar quarter beginning.X. LMG reserves the right to amend their terms of service and modify and/or cancel services they provide at any time for not adhering to any part of their terms of service. While LMG will make an effort to notify clients and affiliate partners of such changes, I understand it is ultimately my responsibility to check for updates to their terms of service periodically.
