Reservations
LMG operates on a calendar quarter system, where all reservations are made on a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month schedule. The 1st and 2nd month of each quarter (i.e., January & February, April & May, July & August and October & November) are when new reservations can be made for the following quarter.
During the 3rd month of each quarter (i.e., March, June, September and December), the ability to make new reservations in our displays will be unavailable for the next quarter, all such reservations during this time will be credited to subsequent quarters. All ad(s) will be installed at the location(s)/display(s) you’ve selected within one week of the selected quarter beginning.
All locations within our network are subject to a one-time, non-refundable reservation fee. This fee reserves any and all displays you’ve selected at one particular location and also covers any expenses associated with production and installation.
Clients who don’t opt for the recurring billing/auto-charge option during checkout and/or let their payment method default will be treated as a one-time customer, this means you’re charged for only that billing cycle; other businesses may reserve your locations/displays for subsequent cycles; and you’ll be subject to paying the reservation fees again at the impacted location(s) within your campaign for subsequent cycles.
All ads submitted to LMG are subject to our terms of service and privacy policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept our terms of service and privacy policy.
